Joint Purchasing Programs

As an Association, we are constantly seeking ways to send more dollars back to the classroom.  With nearly 400 schools now members of the Association, our ability to negotiate deeply discounted purchasing contracts continues to grow.  Access to each contract is open to all Association member schools.

NEW! Parent Communication System
Fifty-five percent of working parents in the United States say that their cell phones are the best way to contact them, and 41 percent prefer e-mail.  Connect with your parents cost-effectively through our new joint purchasing agreement with AlertNow, a system that provides unlimited text, voice, and e-mail alerts in more than 20 languages for just $2.50 per student per year.

From H1N1 Notifications, to polls and surveys, to early release or school picture days, the system provides effective, secure notification to thousands of parents in minutes. In addition to increased campus safety, AlertNow is used to enhance parental involvement, improve student attendance and bridge language barriers between parents and schools.
