It’s funny that you mention ladder. When I speak to students at schools, I describe it as climbing a ladder. Taking the next step up. If we continue to keep AZ a friendly business state employers will bring their companies here and as we keep improving our vast educational opportunities, we will have the workforce needed for these jobs. We do this by keeping taxes low, regulations simple and effective meanwhile providing communities with adequate healthcare options and educational opportunities.
