The beginning of that is strengthening our public education system so workers have the educational background and qualifications to compete in the job market.

14. What is the greatest challenge facing Arizona today? Racial inequality created through diversion of funds from certain communities in order to primarily benefit others which is a part of the continued institutionalization of racism and discrimination.
